Zapier makes it easy to connect Upfirst’s AI answering service with thousands of other apps you already use. With this integration, every time your AI receptionist completes a call, the details are pushed into Zapier so you can trigger automations across your business. No more copy-pasting call notes—just seamless workflows that save time and improve client follow-up.
How the Zapier integration works
Each time a call is completed, Upfirst immediately sends the caller info to Zapier so you can trigger workflows in whatever apps you use. No delays, no manual exports—everything just flows.
Here’s what we send by default:
- Caller ID
- Start and end time
- Call duration
- Call summary
- Agent phone number and name
- Full transcript of the call
And you can take it further with custom fields. Inside Upfirst, head to Agent → Ask questions and add anything you’d like your AI receptionist to collect—name, email, zip code, budget, dog’s name, you name it. Those answers show up in the call summary and are passed to Zapier as structured fields you can plug into your workflows.
