What is a warm transfer?
A warm transfer means the AI receptionist screens the call first and then briefs you before connecting. You hear the caller's name, why they're calling, and any details collected. You can accept the transfer or decline and have the receptionist take a message instead. It's different from a cold transfer where the call just rings through with no context.
Can I choose which calls get transferred?
Yes. You set the rules. Transfer calls based on the topic (sales, support, emergency), the caller's request, a specific team member's name, or the time of day. You can have different rules for business hours and after hours.
What happens if I don't answer a transferred call?
