We don't have a public API just yet. There are two ways to connect Upfirst to the rest of your stack today.

Connect Upfirst to Claude, Cursor, or any assistant that speaks the Model Context Protocol. Review calls, read transcripts, and manage your receptionist's settings, skills, and knowledge from chat.

Connect your receptionist to any tool that offers an API. During a call it can look something up or push data to another system, so callers get real answers from your own records.
